Stock Availability
At the time of ordering we will make every effort to ensure that there is available stock to complete your order. In the event that stock is unavailable from our shops or our suppliers, we will advise you and offer alternative solutions or refund you should that be your choice.
Payment Options
All transactions will be processed in South African Rands (ZAR). And can be done online or via EFT.
Delivery & Returns

Patience is required as getting used to using a menstrual cup can take some time. Please follow our instructions and use the recommended C-fold (or any fold that works for you) when inserting The Freedom Cup. It is important to allow yourself at least 3 cycles to get the hang of the menstrual cup.
While we strive to provide all the important information and education around menstrual cups and female hygiene, there’s a chance that the Freedom cup may not be your perfect cup as everyone is different. We all have different lengths and angles of vaginal canals. However, unfortunately we cannot refund you if you find your Freedom cup isn’t your perfect cup.

Orders are prepared for shipping within two days of placing order. Once your order has been packaged and tracking label created, you will receive a tracking email.
Shipping is free because nobody enjoys paying for shipping. Currently only shipping within South Africa.
The F-Word platform is open to any concerns or issues with any F-word products. Please let us know in order to make your experience a pleasant one.
