How to use The F-Cup:

But first, anatomy:

It does not contain irritation or absorption character and is widely used in healthcare products such as baby pacifiers, catheters etc. This product does not contain dioxins and allergic substances. The F-word menstrual cup prevents odours, discomfort and leakage. The menstrual cup can be kept in for approximately 12 hours a day depending on individual flow and lasts for 3-5 years.
